Summary: ConfiguraPC does not collect personal data from visitors. There are no registration forms, subscriptions or private areas. The only data processed indirectly comes from Google Analytics and affiliate tracking cookies from PCComponentes and Amazon.

2. Data collected
ConfiguraPC does not directly collect identifiable personal data. There is no contact form, subscription or registration. However, technical and statistical data may be processed by third parties: Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IP, browser, device, pages visited) and PCComponentes/Amazon affiliate cookies (purchase attribution).
3. Purpose
To know visit volume and user behaviour to improve the Site, evaluate recommendation performance and credit traffic to affiliate platforms.
4. Legal basis
For web analytics, legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). For non-essential cookies, user consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time from the cookie banner or browser.
5. Retention period
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Affiliate cookies last 30–90 days depending on the platform.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Analytics data is transferred to Google LLC (USA), subject to Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Affiliate data may be processed by PCComponentes (Spain) and Amazon EU S.à r.l. (Luxembourg).
